Amal Health Systems was founded by practicing physicians to invert that: systems built around how care is actually delivered — structured, reliable, practical to implement, with quality and accountability at the core.

Founders

Anas Saad, MD, MBA

Co-Founder & President

US board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist, trained in hematopathology, in active practice in Indianapolis. CAP laboratory inspector with CLIA medical directorship and laboratory accreditation experience. Has built and deployed clinical informatics tools in routine departmental use, including real-time workflow and quality dashboards and deterministic reporting systems. Collaborative research includes over 125 peer-reviewed manuscripts published in prestigious medical journals. His work also includes teaching and quality-improvement work with healthcare organizations in Syria.

Eyad Saad

Co-Founder & VP

Software engineer specialized in AI development, with a master's in software architecture; leads platform architecture and engineering across Amal's products.

Inas Ruhban, MD

Co-Founder

US board-certified pediatrician; clinical lead for the Amal EMR.
